A store and brand site built from scratch β from the mockup and visual design through to working sales. Four scents told as four stories, three sizes handled as product variants, and a separate path for business customers.
We build on WooCommerce, so you pay once for the implementation and never hand over a commission on sales. The code, the data and the customers stay with you. We start with a free mockup β you see the store before you pay for it. This is the first decision you make β and the only one that is hard to undo. Below is the difference in model, without naming specific platforms and without arguing over price lists we do not control. When we honestly advise against your own store. If you are still checking whether the product sells and you have a dozen items, a subscription will do and will cost less. Building your own starts to pay off once sales are repeatable, once you need an integration with a wholesaler or an ERP, or once commissions and higher plans become a noticeable cost. Tell us where you are β if this is not the moment, we will say so. Not every business needs its own store, and not every one needs it right now. Below are the cases where the build genuinely pays for itself. The product is ready, sales started on social media or at trade fairs, and you want your own channel instead of directing people into private messages. The store takes 14 working days, with five products uploaded at launch. The store works, but the fee grows with your sales and every unusual change hits βthe platform does not support thatβ. We migrate products, categories and β where technically possible β the customer base. All the turnover goes through a marketplace, so the commission is permanent and the customer never becomes yours. Your own store syncs stock levels with it and captures traffic you are already paying for in ads. Different prices for wholesale, prices hidden from logged-out visitors, minimum order values and deferred-payment invoices. This is the point where off-the-shelf platforms start to chafe the most. The customer assembles it from options: colour, size, finish, made-to-measure dimensions. Then instead of three hundred variants we build a configurator β as in Retrodajnia, where stock is counted on components, not finished models. An old PHP version, unsupported plugins, a developer who stopped answering. It can usually be saved and migrated without losing Google rankings β but the longer it waits, the less there is left to save. If you are still testing whether the product sells, say so upfront. With a dozen products and uncertain demand it makes more sense to start with something cheaper β even a site with a simple order form β and come back to a store once sales are repeatable. Adding a store to a finished site costs about €333 less than building one from scratch, so you lose nothing by waiting. The list below is the same one we use in our quotes. It does not appear for the first time on the invoice. What we do not include, even though it is sometimes sold that way. We do not write store terms and conditions or a returns policy β that is a lawyerβs work and it should stay that way. We also do not bundle payment gateway or courier fees: you sign those contracts directly and you know your own commission rates. Our job is to wire them into the store so that they work. The cart itself is the smallest problem. A store starts saving time only once an order issues its own invoice, generates its own label and takes the item off stock by itself. Ranges are indicative and net. BLIK, Przelewy24, PayU, Stripe or PayPal. You sign the contract directly with the operator β we wire the gateway in and test the full path on a real transfer before launch. InPost locker picker, DPD, DHL and postal services. Plus automatic waybill generation β you pack the parcel and print the label without retyping addresses. Fakturownia or wFirma. Once an order is paid the invoice is issued automatically and e-mailed to the customer. At a few dozen orders a day this is the line that pays for itself fastest. Stock and price synchronisation over API or from XML/CSV files. We also handle dropshipping β the wholesaler ships, and stock levels update without your involvement. Two-way stock sync: a marketplace sale reduces stock in the store and the other way round. No more manual watching so that the same item is not sold twice. Separate price lists for wholesale customers, prices hidden from logged-out visitors, minimum order values, registration with tax-number verification. The most requested item outside the base list. Filtering by parameters without reloading the page. Above a hundred products this is not decoration β it is the difference between finding a product and leaving the store. MailerLite, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, subscriber capture from the form, and reminder e-mails about unfinished orders. Colours, sizes and materials with dynamic price and image changes. And when the variants run into the hundreds β a configurator counting stock on components, as in Retrodajnia. What we do not promise about integrations. Not every API can be wired in within a sensible timeframe β some wholesalers publish only a CSV file refreshed once a day, and some ERP systems have no public interface at all. Before an integration goes into a quote we read the documentation and say plainly what is feasible and what would take work out of proportion to the result. Better to hear that while quoting than in the third week of the build. Six steps. The first two are free, and throughout the build the store lives on our staging address β your current sales are not disturbed at all. Product range, variants, shipping, whether there is wholesale. This is where it becomes clear whether it is a standard store or a configurator case. You see the home page, the product listing and the product page in a working HTML file. You tell us what to change. Template, categories, product page, cart and checkout. All on our staging server. We upload the range and wire in payments, couriers and invoicing. On a migration we bring products across from the old store. We buy from your store for real: transfer, invoice, label, return. Payment bugs are meant to surface here, not at a customer. The store moves to your domain, we set redirects from the old addresses and show you how to run it. Each of them can be checked: visit it, add something to the cart, look at a product page. The numbers come from our own project write-ups, not from a brochure. A store and brand site built from scratch β from the mockup and visual design through to working sales. Four scents told as four stories, three sizes handled as product variants, and a separate path for business customers. A case where ordinary variants are not enough: the customer assembles the product from options and the preview is drawn live on a canvas. Stock is counted on components, not on finished models β otherwise the numbers would drift on the first order. The foundationβs site and a charity store in one service. A custom search splits results into products and articles, the store labels new arrivals and rotates bestsellers automatically, and e-mail addresses are shielded from bots. Some jobs are not βbuild me a storeβ but βsolve a problem standard WooCommerce does not handleβ. Each of these has its own write-up explaining how it works: The store becomes your property β there is no subscription and no commission on sales. We give ranges because the price depends on the number of products, the integrations and how unusual your checkout flow is. All amounts are net. Cart, payments, order panel and a custom template matched to your brand. Around eight pages in the base scope and five products uploaded at launch. Timeline: 14 working days from mockup approval. The whole infrastructure β theme, hosting, configuration, GDPR β is already in place, so adding a store costs about €333 less than building one from scratch, realistically €222β667 net. Many clients do exactly this: start with a site and add sales once the business grows. Not sure where in the range your store will land? The quote calculator walks through the product range, features and integrations, and shows an indicative figure straight away. Not every conversation about a store ends in building from scratch. More often it is about one thing that does not work. Below are the most common ones, each with its own page, scope and pricing. An audit of the buying path, abandoned cart recovery, cross-selling and the fixes that genuinely move conversion. Work on the existing store, not a rebuild. An unusual checkout flow, a custom product type, an integration that exists in no plugin. We write it as a dedicated module for your store. In a store every second of loading shows up in the cart. We work on the cause β queries, images, plugins β not on adding another caching plugin. Shoper, Shoplo, Shopify, PrestaShop or an old WooCommerce on expired hosting. We move products, categories and β where technically possible β the customer base, preserving addresses. Redirects to unknown sites, a Google warning, spam in search results. We clean it, close the way in and request the warning be lifted. Hundreds of products and no organic traffic is almost always a problem with categories and product pages. The audit walks every address and shows where it breaks down. On WooCommerce, meaning WordPress. The reason is simple: the store becomes your property, the code is open, and you can change supplier without rewriting everything. On very large B2B projects we sometimes recommend PrestaShop or a bespoke solution. If your case looks like that, we will say so rather than forcing WooCommerce onto it. Yes. We migrate from Shoper, Shoplo, Shopify, PrestaShop and older WooCommerce installs. Products, categories and attributes move by script rather than by hand, which means the result can be verified numerically. We migrate the customer base if the platform allows exporting it β some do not, and we say so before signing, not after the migration. Passwords never transfer; customers set new ones. If you have your own, we upload them at no extra cost. If not, we write them: €0.7β1.1 net per product description and €11β22 per category description, because the latter is longer and works for Google visibility. On a large range we use AI to help, but we never publish text without editing β across hundreds of products a model starts repeating the same sentences, and duplicate copy in a store does damage. The fixed costs are hosting and the domain β usually higher than for a regular site, because a store needs a stronger server. On top of that come payment gateway and courier fees, but you pay those directly to the operators and negotiate the rates yourself. We take nothing from your turnover. Technical maintenance (updates, backups, payment monitoring) is a separate, optional service β you can hire us, hire someone else, or run the store yourself. Yes β the WooCommerce order panel is straightforward, and at handover we walk through the full cycle: receiving an order, changing status, issuing an invoice, printing a label, handling a return. The integrations make the biggest difference here. A store with invoicing and automatic labels takes a few minutes a day; the same store without them eats an hour retyping data. We do that. The store pulls stock levels and prices from the wholesaler over an API or from an XML/CSV file and updates them automatically, so you do not sell something that is not in stock. The scope depends on what the wholesaler actually exposes β we read the documentation before it goes into a quote. Some wholesalers publish a file refreshed once a day, and then βlive stock levelsβ are simply impossible. Better to know that before the build. Yes, and that is usually the reason someone wants their own store. Stock synchronisation works both ways: a marketplace sale reduces stock in the store and the other way round. The store does not replace the marketplace β it is a second channel where you pay no commission and where the customer becomes yours. Running both makes more sense than choosing. No β and that is a deliberate refusal. Store terms, a returns policy and consumer information duties are a lawyerβs work, and a mistake in those documents costs more than the whole build. We do everything around them: a cookie banner with a real choice, a privacy policy, a place for the terms, and consent wired into the checkout so that it is collected correctly. Growth is built into the model. New integrations, a B2B module, a product configurator or an affiliate programme are added to a running store β there is no need to start over, because the code is open and ours. If performance becomes the problem on a large range, it is usually the server and the queries rather than WooCommerce itself. Stores with tens of thousands of addresses run on it without trouble. Tell us what you sell, roughly how many products you have and whether you need an integration with a wholesaler or an invoicing system.
