Projects that make a difference
Websites, stores and bespoke systems โ designed and coded from scratch for a specific client goal. Pick a project to see the details and take an interactive, step-by-step tour.
Ludzki Gest
A website and charity store for Jakub Blaszczykowski's "Ludzki Gest" Foundation, which supports sick children and young people โ built from scratch.
Challenge
Combine the foundation's website and its charity store into one coherent platform โ with convenient search, sales and secure contact.
Solution
A bespoke theme plus a WooCommerce store. A search that splits results into products and articles, a store with automatic labels and randomised bestsellers, a rich contact form and popup-protected clickable emails.
Zapach Karkonoszy
An online store and brand site for a soy candle workshop in the Karkonosze Mountains โ built from scratch, from the mockup and visual design through to live sales with capacity variants.
Challenge
Carry the atmosphere of a mountain workshop onto the web and sell four scents in three capacities โ without an off-the-shelf template that would flatten the brand.
Solution
A bespoke design on its own system (cream background, terracotta, forest green, serif typography) and a WooCommerce store built on variable products: four scents in three capacities. Plus a brand site, a soy candle burning guide, a B2B path and the regional Karkonosze quality mark.
Retrodajnia
An online store for a workshop making tiered plant stands โ built from scratch on WordPress and WooCommerce, with a bespoke product configurator and stock counted at component level rather than per finished model.
Challenge
Sell a made-to-order product that exists in hundreds of colour and finish combinations โ so the customer sees exactly what they are ordering, and the store does not need anyone tracking stock for every single variant by hand.
Solution
A WooCommerce store with a bespoke theme and a canvas configurator: the engine repaints the tabletops in real time, and the configured plant stand lands in the cart like any other product. Stock is kept at component level โ eleven tabletop colours, four rims and three leg finishes โ so an order draws down what was actually used, and an option that runs out greys itself out in the configurator.
Onimator
Rebuilding a landing page from heavy Divi into a lightweight, bespoke WordPress plugin.
Challenge
The original landing ran on Divi โ lots of unused code, slow loading, heavy video on WP hosting and limited control over the look.
Solution
We wrote the site from scratch as a lightweight WordPress plugin. Video on Bunny Stream (CDN), and the key sections โ the "on a phone" hero and the platform slider โ as custom components.
WizzySocial
A modern, converting landing for a tool for organic Instagram growth โ built from scratch as a bespoke WordPress plugin.
Challenge
Build a fast, modern landing from scratch that explains the service and converts โ without a heavy page builder.
Solution
A bespoke, lightweight plugin with animated growth charts, an interactive "how it works" section and a pop-out step-by-step onboarding panel.
Psychosfera Plus
A website built from scratch for a psychotherapy centre โ an elegant presentation of the team and a bespoke booking panel tied to the price list, offices and a finance module.
Challenge
Build a professional website for a psychotherapy centre and connect it with appointment booking, a price list, offices and billing.
Solution
A website from scratch plus a bespoke appointment booking panel tied to the price list, offices and a finance module. A clear presentation of specialists with cards and modals.
Pilskie Centrum Psychoterapii
A new website for a mental health clinic in Piลa โ built from scratch with a bespoke design, expanded from a handful of pages into a full site and tuned until PageSpeed Insights turned green in every category.
Challenge
Replace an old site built on an unmaintainable theme without losing Google rankings โ and turn it into a full medical-practice website where nothing collects patient data.
Solution
A bespoke theme plus a data plugin, split so that changing the design never wipes the content. The site grew to 49 pages with navigation built from the data, a price list as the single source of prices, SEO on two axes instead of multiplying doorway pages, booking without forms and a 100/100 PageSpeed Insights score.
RKMed
A new website for a company handling settlements between medical facilities and the Polish national health fund โ a bespoke WordPress theme with no page builder and not a single paid plugin, content moved by script and fully editable by the client.
Challenge
Swap the theme on a live, already indexed site with real traffic: reproduce the approved mockup pixel for pixel, hand the client full control over the content, and lose not a single URL along the way.
Solution
A bespoke theme with its own field engine โ meta boxes, an icon picker with preview, repeatable lists and section toggles, with no ACF, no builder and no frameworks. A single template drives every service scope, so a layout fix lands on ten pages at once. Structured data is generated from the content fields and adds to the Yoast graph only the nodes the plugin does not output itself. Content was moved with an import script, and its fidelity to the mockup was verified by comparing text and pixels on every page.
Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish
A new website for a parish in Bialystok โ a bespoke theme, four custom plugins and a simplified panel in which the parish priest runs the announcements, the gallery and the community directory himself. Plus a full migration to the target hosting.
Challenge
The parish was stuck on a rigid subpage of the archdiocese site, with no way to run its own announcements or gallery. The panel was to be taken over by a non-technical person, and the target hosting started on PHP 5.6, with no SSH and no database tools.
Solution
We began with eight homepage mockup variants; on the one the parish chose we built the theme and four custom plugins โ a gallery, a community directory, a content module and lightweight SEO. Over the WordPress dashboard we laid a simplified panel with its own role and a separate login page, so the priest sees eleven tiles instead of the whole back end. Content from the old site was moved with our own importers, and the migration to the target hosting with resumable scripts, because the server kills any process after thirty seconds.
IdealneZakupy.pl
A cordless power tool shop rewritten from a bought page-builder template kit into a bespoke WooCommerce theme โ together with a custom import gateway that stops the warehouse system from wiping the product copy we wrote.
Challenge
The entire look of the shop hung on a bought template kit and three plugins at once, the catalogue went to Google without a single piece of its own copy, and syncing with the warehouse system threatened to overwrite every product name on the first run.
Solution
We rewrote the shop from scratch as a bespoke WordPress theme: twenty-five modules, no page builder, no paid plugins. On top of that a custom plugin bridging the shop and the warehouse system โ it intercepts import requests, answers with the id of a category that already exists in the shop, and shields our titles and descriptions from being overwritten. The SEO layer, one hundred and eight titles and meta descriptions, went in with a script that had a dry run and an undo.
WIKI Transport
A new site for a removals company built from scratch as static HTML โ replacing one that ran on a commercial template for medical clinics. Thirty-two pages, not a single JavaScript file, and the whole site lighter than the old home page alone.
Challenge
A removals company had a website built on a commercial template for medical clinics: the template demo pages for a clinic were sitting in Google, the home page had no H1, meta descriptions were missing almost everywhere, and the call button pointed at the opening hours instead of the phone number.
Solution
We pulled the old content out with a script into an intermediate format, and a second script assembled the entire new site from it: thirty-two static pages, the sitemap, the structured data and the menu. Nine services, twelve districts and five blog posts kept at their existing URLs. No JavaScript, one stylesheet, zero requests outside the client domain. The old CMS layer and the template demo pages were given a 410 Gone, and the addresses that had to change got 301 redirects.
DDD WIKI
The site of a Warsaw pest control company rebuilt from scratch after an outage in which one address out of thirty-three still worked. Fifty-three pages, a bespoke theme with not a single classic plugin, and a sitemap of our own โ all in five days.
Challenge
The site reached us in a state of outage: only the home page worked, and its content had picked up foreign insertions and outbound links the owner had never added โ hidden so that they were not visible in a browser. The whole thing had to be rebuilt without losing a single indexed URL.
Solution
Instead of cleaning the old installation we built a new one: a fresh WordPress, a bespoke theme with no page builder and no classic plugin at all, content generated from source files and imported idempotently. Fifty-three pages โ the three pillars of pest control, ozone treatment, nine pests, six property types and eighteen districts of Warsaw. Plus our own sitemap, a form that saves every enquiry in the database, and a full security layer verified by measurement rather than by declaration.
